Hey all, so need some advice on these Havals.

My wifes car is extremely old, she has been driving it for the better part of 19 years. So we were looking at buying the H1, but concerned with the resell of the car. Basically, we could be moving oversees in the next year, but she cant keep driving her car.

So our option is either buy the H1 and hope that we can sell it, or buy a 2nd hand EcoSport.

Buy a cheapish popular car that you can easily sell on, stay away from the chinese and frenchies if you want to sell on quickly again.

As mentioned above buy second hand, many demo and second hand H1's around, also find out if Haval is willing to buy the vehicle from you

Does your wifes car still move?

If so, why get rid of it if you are planning on leaving... rather just keep driving it until you leave then you can park it at the airport and forget about it.

also look at haval gwm and haval same brand - 3 guys have bought at our office - and they really look and feel decent, good value for money, how they are on aftersales service is still to be learnt.

The fact that they understands that you must have dealerships and service centres where your customers are is a first step in the right direction. They probably have more dealerships than Subaru by now.
