With the 31 August deadline fast approaching to renew drivers licenses expired during lockdown, have you successfully managed to renew yours?

Renewed mine in due time, but still waiting for the delivery of the actual license card at the licensing department.

Walked in on 3 June. Tested within 20 minutes. Renewed licence collected on 24 June.

Here in PE you have to book online and they're only handling ±130 applications a day.

Mine expired on the 10'th Aug, I finally got a booking for the 8'th Aug.

Done the whole thing, now I am waiting for "4 to 6 weeks" to pass so that I can collect it.

I renewed. Had it stolen and then re-renewed a few weeks ago. Waiting for card at the moment. First renewal was before that first horrible lockdown but I had to collect during lockdown after they closed and then opened up.

Here in Limpopo, you need to stand in line to get the forms and then they give you a date.

Five years is a bit of a money grab from them. My UK one is valid for ten (and can be renewed online and delivered within three days (by a functioning post office)).
