I appreciate that it's easy to praise nuanced good (police) work in a country where crime run rampant. This is proof that you will never ever give credit where it's due, complain when police officers engage in corruption, come up with reasonable explanations when corrupt officers are arrested.
Our problem is at management level, starting form the top.Would you say we have a problem where far too many police are implicated in the committing of crimes?
12+6+4+2 = 24On Friday, 12 officers; six police sergeants, four constables and two warrant officers, were arrested and according to police spokesperson, Colonel Katlego Mogale, police also recovered R1 million from one of the suspects.www.iol.co.za
24 officers, made up of the ranks indicated. Making a total of 12 arrests. Bad englishing on the part of the journalist if they stated different.12+6+4+2 = 24
