HD PVR + MvIx 760HD + Logitech Z5500 + LG 47 Inch Scarlet

Hi,
I have the above configuration at home, but having issues with the sound
That is played. Not all the speakers work simultaneously.
I got all the speakers connected and chose the 6.1 sound option on the
Logitech Z5500.

When I play movies from the hd pvr only 2 speakers and sub play, and the same
Can be said about when I play movies from the mvix.

When I play movies with AC3 codec and 6.1 I do not hear voice, and
The same 2 speakers play plus the sub.

Could some1 PLEASE advise me what I need to do so I can enjoy
The full benefit of all my speakers from the hd pvr and the mvix
With the 47 inch lg scarlet.

How you connecting your PVR and media player to the logitech?
Sounds like its with just the std left/right stereo leads? That's why only 2 speakers and the sub will work (in passive mode).


Use the digital co-ax cable or optical inputs so the SPDIF kicks in and decodes the digital signals into surround sound.

You should remember that you will only get the chance to get full 5.1 stereo only when it is active on the channel like with most of the MM1 movies. And use the advice above aswell.
