From a previous article
Pule and Phosane Mngqibisa have also been on no fewer than 19 overseas trips together, the newspaper alleged.

Mngqibisa who allegedly got a subcontract for the Cape Town ICT Indaba through Pule, was accused of looting part of a R36-million sponsorship meant for project.

Mngqibisa, who had signing rights to an account of the Indaba organiser, Carol Bouwer, last week allegedly withdrew R100 000 from the project funds for a trip to Barcelona.

He allegedly purchase a pair of French designer shoes for the minister while on this trip.
so convenient for those in government to characterize any type of inappropriate relationship as being a comrade.

if anybody has evidence of a sexual relationship they should lay charges relating to prostitution - there is evidence of him paying money over and if they are not in a romantic or intimate relationship then a reasonable apprehension that prostitution is involved must inferred ...

Of course the argument may run to the conclusion that JZ is a pimp

the money he gained through contracts far outweigh what she gained in gifts from him. If anyone is an escort it is him.

She's absolutely incompetent for the position and has proven to be unconscionably irresponsible. She shouldn't be allowed to occupy a clerk's office, nevermind a high-level role!

yes, because the real issue is whether or not he is your boyfriend.
