So yaaayy,
Again Telkom buggers up my account and want me to pay more, two months ago i had bad SNR readings and asked a techie to please fix it, my line kept dropping.
So he did, though it was not telkom but contracted guys. This seems to me where all this started....cause on my bill it shows transfer to new exchange ,R640 ...
I phone in and ask them to please rectify this issue as it's not my problem and it's a billing issue.
3 days ago i get a sms to pay in 48h before i get suspended ... boom line dead this morning! I call them and say please turn it on cause it's being disputed and not my problem.
"no sir you need to wait until everything is better and fixed or you can just pay " ... OR YOU CAN JUST PAY, so i'm sure they think i'm the issue here and i need to pay for the service they did?
Soooo, 2 of them told me this can take up to 7 weeks to resolve, my line will automatically be re-activated .
I AM SO GATVOL OF THEM!
I can't get rain in my area, fibre is still a year away easy. WISP companies are insane in my area and charge R2000 upfront.
If anyone has i direct number from someone in billing to assist me please PM me.
