Hi Guys need some help getting my 5G to work.
Got it delivered at around 9 in the morning and only got down to setting it up this evening at around 5.
When i get to the activation page and register my location,it doesn't register any speed and just says they can do better than that, see below screenshot.I have attached my signal stats as well.

very bad signal, speed needs to be above 80mbps to activate, you need that NR to go below -100 ie aim for -75 thats really good.
Had a 5G today also that was giving a hard time to activate but will only look at it next week Tuesday when i take it to site.

Did you purchase the Premium or Standard Package. If you took the Premium Package then I don't think the above requirement would apply to you. Perhaps try and start a live chat with one of their online agents.

Edit: Standard Package not Premium.

I have the premium package..
I finally got it to 200mbps but that was just for the activation.
Now the speeds are around 130-160mbps

Yeah your signal is not that great hey. The 4G part is decent which could possibly mean the 5G is down on the closest tower.

Quick Update,
Ive got my signal quality to a much better level now, but my speeds are still averaging around 150Mbps with the occasional 220Mbps.
I also notice that the direction they gave to point my ODU doesn't seem to be correct as I get much lower speeds and signal quality when pointing in the direction of the rain optimizer.

Will give rain a call tomorrow and see if they can sort it out.

I would take the 150 anyday but then again you see some people at 500-600 so you know you can get better.

So I got a call from Rain Monday morning after posting this, and the guy was quite helpful.
Telling me where to position it properly,So far there support has been great!

Apparently I was connecting to another tower further away.
So now with the correct positioning,I got line of sight and can see the tower about 1km away.
I got the signal to -77 but Im still getting speeds between 120Mbps and 180Mbps with the occasional 220Mbps.
Sometimes I get 50Mbps,granted then the signal quality drops to around -85.
Hopefully they can send someone out to test and see whats the problem.

Speeds seems to have got alot better. Thanks to @rain_mobile for making contact,
and a big shout out to Yusha from Rain for calling me to sort this out.
I have to say while most people have said they haven't received good service its been the opposite for me.

Put the router on a mast, on your rooftop
