Help: All Network Data Getting Used / Finished

I am having a major problem the past week or so with my Telkom mobile data. Even if I am in an area with Telkom coverage, my All Network bundles are getting used. My phone does not show the R for roaming and even after turning off roaming it still happens. If I search for network to force using the Telkom network I see 2 options for Telkom, both exactly the same "Telkom-StayHomeSA. So how do I know which one is Telkom and which one is roaming.

Not sure if it is related, but I am having this problem when connecting to Teams meetings. Are there any restrictions with Telkom data that I am not aware of?

How do I force my phone to use the Telkom network only?
