No, that's not how it happened.

Anyway, Okay, i tried using the router's software and that worked, the settings in the router are very limited, and i cant set things like WPA-PSK, etc etc etc, this is all i have:

What do i do? I tried using those keys on my PDA but it's not working :(

Hmm, ok, your router only supports WEP - which will work fine, just know it can be hacked.

Router is pretty much set up now, it's the PDA that we need working now. Does it detect the "Marconi" network? What does it say/ask for/etc? If it asks for a network key, put in that key from "key 0" on the router. For simplicity, you could temporarily change the router key 0 to something like "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" (26xa) and use that, see if it works.

yay it worked........try setting the encryption to 64k(your pda might not support 128k?), changing marconi to your own name etc..........

i must say that routers software is quite bad a freind of mine has the same one you have to 'save and reboot' EVERy time you change a setting.......:(

also change the 'admin password' for safety......

if you cant get it to work try 'disable encryption' and just check if the PDA picks up the network then
