After month and years of trying to quit smoking. I finally did it, sure I will always have the urge but as long as I do not have another one I will be fine.
Only problem with quitting smoking is the weight one gains, I have gone from a total of 85kg to about 95kg
.
I am more than happy with everything but I am so hungry all the time since I stopped smoking. To make matters worse I have been too busy and have not been to gym in months
Here is the thing, I already have an 50 minute routine I have to do for my legs. *Have weak knees thus this part of my routine is sorted*
However I need to do the following:
Three times a week I need to get the following in:
45minutes of cardio: I tend to do, 15 minutes of cycling, 15 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes of rowing machine.
45minutes of the routine of my legs. All sorted and specially setup by a training instructor.
However I need something for my upper body, including bench press etc.
Not to mention my diet, planning to cut down on my carbohydrates. Steaming the rest of my food etc.
Get a gym instructor to help you plan one.
When I joined virgin active they offered to give me a body analysis and then work out an eating plan and a gym routine for me, free of charge.
Ps lifting weights (medium to heavy) is better for burning fat IIRC
