edit of the conf file was the only thing that worked after hours of google searching.
www.eyesafety.mine.nu is up again!
My site is up taking into account very constructive feedback I have gotten right here.
I will hunt elsewhere on setting up forms and cgi and whatever the hell else needs to be done ,unless any rocket scientist prefer to email me.
