Help me pls..... i dot know why like that??

halo, i need experts help me to solve my problems..
i'm a streamyx users from Sarawak Malaysia. i'm facing problem of cannot play online games. everytime when i login to play the games for about 5 to 10 minutes it will "hang" automatically. i'm using D-Link 500G now and window 98se. is this the modem's setting's problem or the line problem.

can anyone help me pls.....thanks
