Help MikroTik RouterOS V2.9

Hi all,

I run an extremely small business about 4 employees in CPT I recently hired someone to set-up a Mikrotik router.

this was completed and after a few theething pains we where up and operational. However the individual who supported me is no longer available and I need some work done on the system.

I am having trouble getting through to websites like microsoft.com etc.

Does anyone know of someone with knowledge about MikroTik in the greater CPT area! I am desperate here.
