I dont know what to do now but here is my fault.
1-I flashed a rom kikat to instruction given here,All went well untill the reboot where the samsung logo appears
2-The logo stayed on for 20 minutes and nothing,My battery was 50% at the time.
3-I then loaded my back up from clockwork recovery, rebooted tablet and i was back on 4.1 andriod.
3- i kept getting the status 7 error during the the update for the zip.
4-I proceeded to change the file to .doc to take out those first lines, which identifies the product model(i can remember what that was but i fixed it)
5-Now i was getting the status 6 error,i then proceeded to fix this via notepad++.(something about changing to hex for unix code)I fixed that
5-while all this the battery was now at 20%.
6-I tried flashing the rom again and this time it worked as all the fixes were in place,as per instruction from the forum.
7- the tablet booted up but still the samsung logo was on,Ok i left it as the first boot takes long,The battery was at 15% at that time.
8-I completely forgot about the tablet,as i was busy fixing a ps3 and psp with cfw.
9-I remembered gawd damnit.
10-Ran to the tablet and saw the tablet off(i then proceeded to put it in recovery mode but alas, all that came up was a battery sign with a loading gif.
11-Now the tablet is dead and it never really booted.I plugged in the usb and instead of charging it shows the battery sign with a loading circle, its as if the software did not complete for the battery monitoring and usb charging.
12-Is there not a way to charge the battery without going via the OS andriod. Is there not a special charging cable that just charge the battery.
13-My tablet is rooted and is modified in every way.
My solution
Can this work,I take the back cover off and take the battery out,Fine the + and - and connect a 5v charger to these point.....charging it just enough for a recovery process. If there is someone that know of any other way or the battery pin layouts for charging.

Taking it to a repair centre is not an option, even if it still under warranty.

I need to fix via incognito .I am good in what i do ,but individual members are good in what they do and far better clued up with these problems.Let me know what you guys and gals come up with...........thank you for reading my plight

In my opinion it should work, just be very careful that you don't use too high a current!
The problem now is taking that cover off without damaging the plastic.Where can i get that nylon panel remover for galaxy tab2.I refuse to use the square plastic thingie that comes with bread.

Last time i used that i cracked my ipod touch :D.......compliments to the guy who told me he did this

btw..5v@1-2amp is ok i guess :D

Your tablet should charge irrespective of whether it's in recovery mode. Leave it plugged into the wall socket for a while and come back and see.

Charghing a lithium-ion battery without the battery management electronics is not wise.

This. You're going to kill the battery if you can't regulate the voltage.

How long did you try it for? Does it use a microusb or one of those proprietary Samsung charger types?

proprietary Samsung charger

So how did you try a bb charger with it? You mean you just plugged the samsung charger into the bb wall charger? How long did you leave it for?

instead of charging it shows the battery sign with a loading circle, its as if the software did not complete for the battery monitoring and usb charging.
There's no software for battery charging, or at least you'd have to go very deep to get to that level and rom flashing is unlikely to do that much damage. Are you sure it's not actually charging and you don't just need to put it into download mode?

Samsung Charger,Samsung cable will charge high speed, for everything else you'd likely need to plug it in for longer than a day to get full charge (even if the charger is rated 2a)

That means 700ma just for a black screen..lol

Pretty much, those Tabs actually light the screen and display the animation when charging - this drains power. Not as much as it being fully on but still enough to make that BB charger less than adequate
My chargerpro chargers that run 1.5a still take a day to charge it to full
