On 31 July I placed a Fibre installation order with Afrihost (AHE507B7EF595C).
It's been more than 7 weeks since then. I was told that there would be a 4-6 week lead time until installation is complete. No contact from Openserve. My neighbours are up-and-running already!
I've emailed Afrihost with support ticket IGV-750-48785 but there's been no response to my last emails.
That's not good service.
Could you please revert back to me asap...
PS:
1. I sent this exact same message via PM to AfriFella on 19-09-2017 - still no reply.
2. and to AfriGenie on 21-09-2017 - still no response.
3. Numerous phone calls to support, even sms'd them for a callback but nothing.
What's happening to Afrihosts client support? - I used to rave about how good you guys are to my friends! Got a few of them to join Afrihost as well.
