Help needed: Sharing my iBurst connection

If someone could help with this I'd be very appreciative.

Basically I have a Billion BiPAC 5200S ADSL modem and an iBurst Desktop modem and I want to share both connections over my Netgear WNDR3700 Router.

Please help. (Networking really isn't one of my gifts)
