Hi MyBB'ers!

I run a small consultancy firm from my home and I often need to contact various clients overseas. Most of them are located in Europe but every once in a while I need to call into Australia/America. I unfortunately can't use Teams/Discord etc to speak to 99% of the clients, mainly due to compliance limitations

I am currently using Vodacom airtime just to avoid any real headaches and yes, I know it's k@k expensive to do so but I am in the process of changing that. Hopefully, by the end of November, I will have Fibre installed and am hoping that I can use a VOIP service to do all of my calls.

Can I get some feedback, and honestly some help, related to the best VOIP service(s) to use for local + international calls that won't rip me a new one?

Some advice regarding call recording would also be great but keep in mind that it's a small scale business that doesn't have server racks of IT equipment!

Always received good service from this voip provider:

Almost forgot we were using them as the system is rock-solid, so it has not been necessary to contact them in quite a while.

We use SwitchTel, excellent call quality and service. They offer cloud-based solutions, so now expensive hardware required on your side. You can either just use their app on your phone to make and receive calls, or you can buy a physical VoIP phone and use that in addition to the app for when you are out of the office.

They also have call recording, I haven't used that personally, but I just checked their site, and it's available on their small business packages. For the international calling rates, check their site.

Been using zadarma.com for a few years.
Got a number in UK.
Use it to call Portugal.
Works a charm.
