... all they have said so far is it's because I've been deemed a high user (and my poor neighbours with all their aircon haven't ... wtf).
... A normal one, lol. Apparently it's because it's so frikkin old. I suppose having the temp cranked up so I can have ice water all the time doesn't help much either. Just wish I knew all this sooner .... would of had so much extra blerry cash.
