I need some help, which may even save my marriage!
The problem, you see, is my wife's Nokia 6111. It has the following problem.
For no reason it will almost log off, and prompt you to put in your PIN code. Once you have done that you will get an SMS to say you have voice mail. When you dial the voice mail, there is nothing. Now this can happen once a week, once every two weeks, or like it is now, every 10 minutes. She is livid, frustrated, and of course, it's my fault!! I have spoken to some techies and they say I should update the phones sofware. It seems however that there is no update available.
Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated!
