Help please. Openserver Fiber swap to Axxess or Cool ideas?

Hi All,

I am currently on Crystal web however i had problems start in May that are still present. The issue was to deal with my packet loss and download speed being lower then normal during evenings. Issue was seem to be fixed but came back again later. Yesterday put me on the edge of frustration once i did:

i swapped to axxess test account minute later and did another test

And support could not figure out how to help me.

I cannot test Cool Ideas yet but i heared good things about them.

What would you guys recommend?

Do you by any chance know how line transfer work? i am trying to minimize my downtime as much as possible during the switch.

I'm sure @PBCool will pop in here shortly to shed some light on it, I know openserve were making some changes to make line transfers easier between ISPs.

Line transfers are a nightmare at the moment to be honest. So there is a chance of downtime in switching ISPs. Dealing with Openserve is the same or worse as Telkom was on the wholesale side of things.

What downtime we would be looking it if everything is coordinated? 1 day or around there?
