I do not know what to do to get Forum members attention. My ADSL sucks even when I upgraded to 1024 , other members do better on a ADSL384 internationally. I was in touch with Telkom and after heated discussions and fighting were put in touch with their expert who listened to my story and agreed I should not be worse off with a international link than ADSL384. He gave me his e-mail and asked for the graphs to discuss this with his developers. To do this more effectively I need to give him comprhensive proof. I presume I will send him my graphs to compare with a link of one of the ADSL 384 forum members. I need more links for ADSL1024 and ADSL384 and ADSL1024 for comparison. Like worst and best

Can You help ????????????????????? I asked for posts and a sticky to no avail
only some posted. I need more to make case

Seeing as you get up to 700K, I forsee a good combination of "You're too far from the exchange" & "The service is best effort" (not that you can tell what telkom provides as "best"). Anyway, good luck. Think you're gonna need it.
