Help setting up Rb400 series Router board

Hi i need help from a Wireless Network Guru!

My hardware is all assembled and mounted on my chimney.
I would like to have it setup to Share my adsl internet and Files and do lan gaming with 2 of my friend connected to my site via Nanostations.And the setup so i can monitor each one bandwidth and speed between them and i.
