DynDNS

You take host with IP address.
As your IP changes the DDNS will update the host name record.
You also need to input the dyndns login details into your router.

List your equipment

Do you have 2 routers in the mix?
1 for LAN (192.168... IP's)
1 for ADSL maybe?

No you must use the DNS name you chose for your dnydns account in your VC software.
That is the point. The DNS name stays the same - your ip changes all the time ;)
