Help with PSP stuff

I'm buying my psp this week, anyone hook me up with the right proggies and goodies, total n00b in this department and dont wanna fry my psp with incorrect firmware stuff.

depends what you wanna do...
check out www.psp-hacks.com for homebrew and stuff, theres a downgrader pack for most versions

theres the new 3.10 custom firmware (best of both world basically)

first get yourself a psp and dont update it to higher than firmware 2.8.
When thats done,post when you have it

if they both the same price, get the black one, then go to www.decalgirl.com and get yourself a new psp faceplate!! comes with the glass and everything (you can replace your existing buttons too), various colours to choose from. I have bought from them before, they do deliver to South Africa. Then you can put away your original face place for future and you have a custom cool PSP.

I bought myself a skin (cheaper), also from decalgirl, it protects the PSP from scratches and dirt and best of all looks cool.

Don't get anything smaller than a 2gb. You'll need the space.

i agree, rather save up and get the 2 gig, sandisk or sony. i paid R400 for my 2 gig on bidorbuy.
