Hi

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.
Recently, my master remote started operating my neighbours D5 motor as well as my D2 turbo. None of the motors have been worked on so it seems a bit strange that this has happened. While I know how to program remotes on the D2 turbo, I'm not sure how to do it on the D5. I believe all the remotes have to be deleted and re-added. I have checked the installation manual and it details nothing of the remote programming part. I have watched a Youtube video on how to add a master and subsequent remotes but nothing on clearing the remote codes. Any advice on the process would be appreciated as the neighbour has a dog that gets out every time I get home and open my gate.

Is it the D5 evo? They have a digital menu, you can navigate to the remotes option and choose to remove a remote.
The older model used jumpers, and you have to clear all remotes, and then re-add the ones you want to keep.

yeah if its an evo then its really simple to delete that remote, just check on the lcd which number shows when your remote button is pressed and then delete that number.

It seems like quite an old motor, will have to confirm when I get home but I don't think its the D5-evo. Was there an older model D5 without a control panel?

Yes and it was painful.

--edit--

I remember now. The Centurion D5 manuals weren't helpful. You need to find the manual for the receiver you have. They use Nova receivers, but you'll need to find which model you have.

I have a D10.
My neighbour openclose his gate, and my gate will operate.
My remote does not interfere with his frequency though.

See the attached document.

Take the cover off the gate motor and look for a little box (blue or black) with an black wire antenna attached to it. Then use the document to identify the system and do the programming
