i get a connection refused which is an issue cuz they are not sending me emails, they are not letting me check my bandwidth usage, they're getting hacked and they have still yet to make any kind of announcement to their userbase.

wbs... you suck at public relations!!!!!

Got through to Thabo on helpdesk earlier. He confirmed helpdesk.wbs.co.za and oss.wbs.co.za/ were not available (even internally). He had no idea of when they would be on line again.

Wow, what a helpful and informed helpdesk representitive.. shouldn't WBS think of at least telling their employees whats going on if they arent going to tell us?

well, looks like they decided to play it safe, and took all their servers offline. hopefuly since the helpdesk site isnt working, maybe the badwidth monitor isnt either, and we should be downloading like crazy???

If we wanna get capped and labeled abusers that could be a good idea... do you think WBS would give us half a chance to waste their bandwidth? nope, maby they want to trick us then they can hardcap everyone
Then again they are stupid enough to do something like disable their monitor quite easily

*sigh*

I wonder if this company will ever realise tha keeping customers in the dark is a very good way of getting them to cancel their products.

Oh, I forgot, their product is so good that they will just new clients to replace the one's that leave.
