Agreed - I was thinking that this story felt very familiar.

What I get now, is that they're more likely to cater for the private charter industry.
I don't think of that sector as General Aviation.
Light Aircraft for sure, but it's still commercial.

When I think of GA, I think of private owners and recreational flying and owners.

I suppose it's just them taking on Signature Flight Services and such.
But either I don't have a firm grasp on what GA covers or I find the way they're "coining" this Cape Winelands Airport as GA isn't right. Meh.
