Here is how your Vodacom number can be stolen for almost a week (And there is nothing you can do about it)

Sucks donkey dick that we have to manually request that sim swops only be done in stores...due to fokol inside security.
 
And this why I stick to Telkom. Sim swops can only be done in-store as they require an actual new physical sim card, require ID/passport, fingerprints and 3 security questions.
 
So, what people need to understand about sim swop fraud, it is ALWAYS an employee of a network doing it, as they can bypass things.
These employees only get fired and NO police case or charges are filed against 99% of them, as it would involve lawyers and $$$$$. So, they just absorb the stolen contracts as a right off.
