Here's what South Africa's mobile networks have planned for 2023

Thanks for the article so Vodacom plans to use their small towns optic fibre cables to launch Maziv's SME broadband packages "Northern Province's" metro fttb
Telkom confused me by the word "5G hubs" I don't know if their plan is to roll out new 5G sites or just add new features to existing 5G sites example vehicle to vehicle communication tech support
Telkom's rain comment also confused me what is the plan, does Telkom plan to buy out rain and use it as ISP meaning rain will remain as Mobile Network Operator or rain wants to have access to openserve fibre cables to connect all rain sites
Rain's 5G mobile plan might be interesting if subscribers will be allowed to switch subscription from 4G to 5G on month to month base, no sim card upgrade single sim can be able to connect to 4G and 5G network
MTN 5G plan might be an issue on subscribers side because on certain sites they use sub 1Ghz spectrum which don't offer impressive high speeds internet connection while C-Band spectrum tower's offer impressive high speeds internet connection
