Lately I have been having really bad ping with online gaming. Can you please help me understand this tracert results as I dont know when it means the exchange is congested or the problem is caused by ISP.

Ok so I took the plung yesterday and went with a 4mb business dsl account. Everything was working great in the beginning but it seems like p2p downloads have been deteriorating. I was happily pushing 400kb/s and now i'm sitting at 1kb/s on both dl and ul. What going on? I thought p2p wasnt shaped at all?

Oh and are my pings normal? How do people get low pings?

It seems like your WiFi connection to your router is poor. Use an Ethernet cable if you want better pings.
