Shame man, the man did 'n great job, he deserves a little reward. After all, he saved trillions in syndication and licensing fees previously wasted on international content distributors by cancelling them all.
Surely negotiating any deal is part of what is expected of a CEO/COO? If the deal results in a positive outcome for the organisation, this will be taken into account in determining the executives bonus, along with individual and organizational performance. The deal by itself cannot justify a bonus, surely this is against good corporate governance practice?
