So he wll institute disciplinary proceedings against most of the staff, who will take it to the CCMA and he will get the legal beatdown he deserves on that front...
And we will pay all the costs.

No, you don't...

The SABC does.. its the SABC's money.

I thought this was patently obvious, there is no taxpayers money involved since it all comes from the SABC bank account.

Who does he think is going to fill the vacant posts in working conditions like this? Competent people??

It may be better to co-operate with the institutionalized people they still have.

"“Government continues to support the SABC to discharge its public broadcasting service mandate. During this financial year R173 million from the department’s budget has been allocated to the corporation. Of which R49.6 million has been allocated towards the operation of Channel Africa."

Where does this money come from?

Like I said, the SABC's bank account, not yours.

You really need to start to understand how this basic financial stuff happens you know.

Wahahahaha, the CCMA is a joke. My daughter has been fighting with them for more than a year now. They have no power, even though her case was won in court.

So it's the government bank account, not the tax payers money, in that case?

Unfortunately your failing seems to be in Logic 101:

if p implies q, // Given fact: tax payer funds the government
and q implies r, // Given fact: government funds SABC
and r implies s, // Given fact: SABC funds court case
then p implies s // Hypothetical syllogism: tax payer funds court case

See what I did there? Clever hey?

No, you've got it all wrong. You clearly have western tendencies which just spew forth nonsense and try make Hlaudi look stupid.

He authorises the money from the SABC bank accounts, therefore it is SABC money. Its VERY simple man, very simple.

Ok, so the failing you speak of is a complete lack of logic 101 permeating through the SABC collective, a fallacy perpetuated by the Bourgeois Plato as early as 340BC, coincidentally the same year Jesus first founded the ANC? Ultimately the Capitalist use of logic will subject the black proleteriat to white capital monopoly - as has been the case since the white man first enslaved the African in 1066, as the English were not busy that year?
