The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) is developing a new online system that will allow users to apply for their IDs and other important documents without going into a physical branch.

The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) is developing a new online system that will allow users to apply for their IDs and other important documents without going into a physical branch.

Still need to visit a bank branch, and if not possible, Home Affairs though. So, not totally accurate, but does have a nice flavour of pure propaganda to this.

“Applicants are only required to visit the bank branch to complete the biometrics, thereby reducing the time spent in the bank or DHA office.”
