Anyone here that want to get rid of their GF... GrainFather not Girl Friend

They seem to be very scarce...everyone waiting for stock.

I am tempted to get a 60lt DemaCraft but I'm still the novice and the GrainFather with the distilling adapters seems to be the better option as I really want to try distilling in future.

I want to go all grain but I need the right tool to not be a fool at the end of a brew.

I washed and de-labled 48 Lion quart bottles today. Both my brews are on 1.012 today so it looks like I can bottle both next week end. Both OG's was 1.044 on Wednesday when I started them.

One is a Coopers Irish Stout and the other a Morgan's Blue Mountain Lager.

That sounds perfect. I don't wanna derail this thread but do you ever add the other stuff like carbonation drops, brew enhancer etc?
Dammit, looks like the Golden Crown is sold out, was going to make a turn there on Thursday

I tried brew enhancer once, i couldnt taste the difference
I just use regular supermarket white sugar only
works for me, tastes great

Please view this ad:

Grainfather All in one brewing system with accessories,

Price: R 30,000

Also a good deal if anyone is interested in Pretoria area.

I've learned to be cautious for Gummies registered in the same month as their ad.

Not saying its not legit but just my 2c.

My GF order is on its way from across the pond from my local BrewShop.

is something I'm not clear on. Some guys said R1,500 seems like a good price for such a course, considering I'd supply the stuff I supply, but I'm not sure if it's too much? Too little?

I'm also considering further sessions - such as advanced recipe design and processes, including other fermentables and unfermentables, beer styles and even a basic distillation session.

EDIT: Oh yes, location would be at my place in Pretoria.

Hi @Toxxyc

Id be willing to help and sponsor my Grainfather so you can show some of the more "advanced" equipment out there. Ill even brew a beer with you on the day.

I also have some Kveik that we can raffle off or give as a prize or something.

I have quite a bit of Liquid yeasts available as well
