As on the other site, get a 50l urn. You need the extra space for grain, boil off water and water that get absorbed by the grain. Water also expands roughly 4% when boiling and the lastly boiling liquid spalshes.Anyone know where I can get a 50l boiling pot (biab) with tap? Seems only ketelkraal has and it's 40l. All grain recipes from nfp says you need 50l not sure why..
