Looks a lot like my stout I had tonight .... the "BeerLab Oatmeal Stout" - just over a month in the bottle & damn yummy ... like a meal in a glass :D

Bottled my latest SMaSH earlier and damn did the taster go down ... used Citra in this one & wow, is it fruity (tropical) ... definitely not gonna last long once carbonated :)

I've been keen to give citra a bash.

Got an IPA that I'll be dry hopping this weekend - used only SAB's experimental J17 hop. Then I'm going to use the same grain bill but just use Columbus hops.

I reckon it will be awesome to taste the difference between the two batches.

USE ALL THE IODIPHOR!

Seriously though, I think it's about 1ml per litre.
So a teaspoon (or a cap, usually) for 5lt.

Yes, Iodophor is 1ml/Ltr .... but you can't store the left-over ....

StarSan is 1.5ml/Ltr, but you can re-use the same batch for a couple of brews.

...so with Iodophor only mix enough for what you gonna do .... 1-2 liter should be more than enough.

On the distilique.co.za it states that you can use the iodophor mix till the colour starts to fade. I have never used it so can't say. I am currently using the coppertun products
