I'm on FrogFoot/running on DFA - my area is DFAs one and only FTTH rollout.
So some ISPs run direct on DFA and some on FrogFoot running above that with other ISPs.
The ISPs running on DFA are more expensive and slower packages, but if you go for an FF ISP you get standard FF packages.
when I moved in the previous owners were Mweb on DFA, so FF had to come in and change ONT but actual fibre line stays the same.
You can even sign up for DFA business fibre should you want to blow the budget.
