Hi

I am looking for an LTE router + 3 access point solution, for a home with moderate internet usage (50GB per month).
CCTV and Inverter will be connected to the wifi, plus general internet use (MS Teams, Instagram, YouTube on occasion).

I figure that I need a router, 3 access points connected by POE cable to the router, a PoE injector solution, and CAT6 cable.

Are these solutions ok, or would you recommend something else that's not too expensive:

TP-Link TL-MR6400 Archer MR6400 (300MBPS) 4G LTE Router Sim

OR

Cudy LT700 AC1200 4G LTE Cat6 Wi-Fi Router

AND

3 x TP-Link EAP115 300Mbps Wireless Access Point

TP-Link TL-SG100-5P (PoE Injector)

I could not find Cudy AP's with PoE.

Thanks
Z

Try Geewiz for more Cudy products like this

They also have PoE switches

Thanks for pointing this out. Didn't see this on some other sites i checked

Just be careful when it comes to compatibility, some routers ( are not compatible with the LTE solutions provided by Afrihost and the like.
I can tell you from first hand experience that the MR6400 you linked simply does not work with their fixed LTE.
So if possible mention the ISP involved, and check what router they supply if any.

I am not sure if Afrihost has any specific requirements but with Telkom fixed LTE there are no restrictions on the router's side.

I'm going with this combination from GeeWiz (I checked with them and they said all the components will be compatible):

Cudy 4G LTE6 Dual SIM 1200Mbps WiFi Router
R1,733.00

LTE-FDD: B1/3/5/7/8/20/28/32
LTE-TDD: B38/40/41

It should work on Vodacom, Telkom, MTN, Cell C.

Telkom:
LTE-FDD: B3 (1800 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), B28 (700 MHz)
LTE-TDD: B40 (2300 MHz)

Vodacom:
LTE-FDD: B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), B28 (700 MHz)

Cell C:
LTE-FDD: B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), B28 (700 MHz)
