Anyone getting issues browsing websites, seems to be DNS realated?

My isp ( WA ) contacted me last night saying some ppl will have slow to no connections round about 6-7 am today...So i think this might be it..just hang in there...

Cause if you do the dslams are being changed which means a new port number so DSLSecure will block you as an unauthorised user. Not sure how you resolve it but give them a call.

Which is still higher than what i normally get(by about 20-30ms). To my mud game i play i get spikes in excess of 500ms but atleast its not the 1.5 - 2s i got yesterday. Anyone know why this is happenng? I checked saix notice board and didn't see anything related.
