Horrible Cell C ping/response

This is what i receive [not just today, almost most days]

Its looking good Lol, I have 90% fail on good days, and tech support has no answers..

There must be an issue with your tower.

Hi- I'm trying to repond - but my posts keep failing becuase of disconnects - so I finally switched back to expensive helkom 3g.
I usually get a 40% loss on pings to local sites on cell c, it used to be fine back in january.
I had bought 2 5gb sims, they're wasted now.
