Horrible experience with VOX fibre

I've had vox fibre connection for a month, and its been a horrible experience

They are all over the place in terms of their customer support, and internet which doesn't work. still struggling to cancel the account since last 10 days or so. Whenever I call them, they put me through to 10 different people and finally call disconnects without getting an answer.

My honest suggestion would be to try and avoid them.

I'm having the same issues. Misleading information when signing up, not told all the facts. Decided to cancel, now they are taking their sweet time as they stuffed up the cancellation fees. Waiting on credits so without any internet from Monday. Also, Vumatel confirmed that Vox did not put through an order for the 1st to release my lines so I cannot sign up with a new ISP. Same story, department to department, people on leave, rude / disinterested customer service agents. Ended up phoning the head office in JHB to try and get hold of someone who could assist me. Another Friday, still nowhere.
