Hot Air Ballooning

Hi All,

Has anyone been on a Hot Air Balloon Ride with Bill Harrop or AirVentures?
I am debating between the two, both offer scenic flights at similar prices.

There are also options for a safari flight.

Any feedback would be helpful on your experience.

I've been with Bill Harrop a few years ago. Went with their safari option, was an incredible experience.

Can't comment on AirVentures, but I believe Bill Harrops have been longer in the business.

We did one in Harties. But not Bill Harrop and not AirVentures either. Can't remember the name.

Was fun and wife loved it.

We had a rough landing. Wind picked up during our descend and we had to take out a few small trees to break our speed. Bloody exciting. Wife thought I was mad for laughing through the whole thing.

My SO and I went last year with Air Ventures, was amazing! And I recommend it.

They have become popular now. We also did the Safari one.

Haven't done the scenic one, but the Safari was very scenic anyway.
