Hotspot with bandwidth management

Hey all i need some assistance with some networking requirements. Basically we have a d-link hotspot router all setup and working, the only issue is it cant give us bandwidth control or logs on which ip/mac address used what. So i either need an addon solution that i can use with the existing setup or i neeed to implement a new system that does the whole hotspot solution with bandwidth management. Have looked at antamedia hostspot and found it to be painfull and useless. Also i am not familiar with Linux so haven't ventured down that road.

Any assistance would be gladly appreciated.

Mikrotik is the way to go. You can buy from miro.co.za wholesale of call them for resellers.
relatively easy to setup (windows driven) and lots of online help.
