How a fibre rollout in Strand went wrong

Blitz installed into many complexes in Benoni and Boksburg but their marketing drive was not matched by their technical expertise. Frogfoot does not appear to be covering itself in glory either.
The feedback I got from complexes was that Blitz would promise the earth and then threaten legal action when they could not deliver and would install equipment that was dated into the complexes where they installed.
They would also install into complexes that were not feasible and then eventually ran out of money.

Van Vuuren disputed the complexes’ claims that Blitz Fibre stopped communicating with them, stating that there were times when he didn’t have new information and therefore didn’t respond immediately.
Brah, the definition of stopping communication is that you're not communicating; not that you aren't communicating while you have something to say. That's a terrible justification.

The entire fiber landscape in SA is a fckup of note.

Unfortunately that is what happens when the people making the policies are clueless about the nuance of their job.

The whole internet/data landscape in this country is a major bugger up, not just the fiber.

Ask Vodacon and eMTyN...
And will it be a jar, or will you need a bucket full of lube?

Besides both are crying about spectrum they don't have, and are going to pay over the odds for, when they do get it. Which is why we going to need a bucket full of lube.

And now Frogfoot to the rescue, Yikes. They leave an utter mess behind. They trenched past my place a few months ago and the paving looks terrible, theres also missing tarmac all over the sidewalks, the place looks terrible. And this was months ago. Not sure who is now responsible to clean up, Frogfoot or municipality?

Is there anyway to get a hold of those working in my area to find out why there has been several months of delay in going live?
