I am currently kicking myself for moving from Vodacom to MTN....
Issues I am having...
I cannot insure my phone.. The Mtn phone insurance number claims my my number is
not a MTN number..
808 claims I am calling from a Telkom number and hangs up...
My data uses up my talk time ( 350 anytime topup package)
My MTN lite hardly works between 6pm to 9pm... I restart the modem over and over..
I cannot call MTN as my I my 060 number is not recognised ??
The MTN shop in Clearwater mall is beyond helpless . They dont answer their calls.. I
was warned about them...
this contract is 13 days old.. How can I cancel this...
