How can I get unique visitors to my site?

We've launched beginning of December. We're listed on many Business Directories and Advertising Sites, but we need to take the next step and improve our Google Page Rank.

Would you suggest getting a SEO Specialist to do it for us? Or should we start off with Google Adwords?

Any help will be appreciated at this stage .

I'm no web developer, but from what I've picked up from this forum is you need some SEO help...

The short term solution is to throw money at it (Adwords). The long term solution is to actually SEO your site.

There's several elements (design wise) you need to change IMO to get a better idea of what the site does for you, as it looks like a pure information website from the onset before you notice the wizard.

Oh, and work a bit with the wizard, when it comes to price preference I had to choose "No Preference" to see results, so either take that out entirely or refine it so that it takes price, and if no results returned, anything cheaper than the preference selected. Otherwise, if you get rid of it, just list all the options from cheapest to most expensive.

Took me a while to see that you're not just another comparison website... so emphasis on it being an e-commerce site might help.

Other than that, nice looking site. I see you've got some indexed pages, now to get some page rank (which doesn't say much other than your website is nicer than "others"). Might need a keyword guy go through your descriptions and adword campaign (if you're so inclined)

What is your budget?

A successful Google adword campaign is not cheap, but is a great ROI. But like AzidRazor says, the long term solution will be to SEO your site.

Budget: we don't really have a budget at this stage. Don't want to spend too much (few thousand will be okay), but to get the ball rolling, we'll probably have to spend more.

For now, I'll then to the Adwords. Hopefully the ball will start rolling, we'll generate more income and I can get a SEO specialist.
