How can I track an incoming international parcel? (SAPO/Customs)

Years ago I used to be able to phone or email cape-mail with my international tracking number to find out where it was.

More recently they closed down all of their cape-mail call center numbers.

The last time I had a parcel inspected for duty by SARS they asked me to email invoices to
ctnmailcenter@sars.gov.za
But I've emailed them 3x since November with months going by and no reply.

The other contact number I have is CPTInternational@postoffice.co.za
Which I forwarded my email to now.

I also have these phone numbers (I think these are the old callcenter numbers)
021 590 5712
021 590 5716

I've also emailed my local post office now.

If anyone has any tips I'll appreciate it.

Thanks

Yes, go fetch.

Also, if you look a bit further down on the tracking page, you'll find the option to translate the foreign language/s.

Sheez, waiting still for parcels from Wish and DX.com. At least the DX.com one is showing in the Tshwane Hub since 24 April and reflected on 17Track app.

Hi Guys

I have a weird problem. Using 17track and ebay tracking, the status for my parcel is showing

"MARSHALLTOWN, At Office, First Notification to recipient "

Unfortunately, I am not able to get a local tracking number for the post office to pick up this parcel.
Please stop me from pulling my hair out

Say three hail Mary's, throw some salt over your shoulder on Saturday and then wait for seventeen weeks. On the morning of the following week, look west. Lo, if it is cloudy then go to the post office with your ID in hand.

If it is not cloudy, begin from the beginning.
