Pro tip: Don't take health tips from the daily mail.

As for the topic at hand...yes coffee has shown some benefit...be sure to keep it moderate though and offset its diuretic effects.

Good advice!

Moderation and I would add quality is key. Freshly ground coffee from beans would be needed to get the benefit of the antioxidants and other beneficial active ingredients.

Coffee in very large quantities has been shown to temporarily increase blood pressure and negatively impact the nervous system and creates palpitations that puts you at a greater risk of anxiety and a heart attack.
