How come my Dashboard for accounts on Rain Networks Website shows a a Zero balance?

My Balance on Rain website appears to show Zero? i spend R1249 a month at Rain....are they giving us a month payment holiday during this Covid 19 crises?

I have just been told by RAIN support via a PHONECALL they made to me just now that my account will start showing amount due sometime end of next week...... as it comes nearer to being due inline with my other online accounts with other companies and Utilities ......
