Sign up with GoogleI'm running Windows 7 Enterprise with Internet Explorer 8. With google toolbar. I select the Clear Search History in the Google Toolbar which empties the drop down box. But when opening Explorer again all the search information is back again. Where is this information stored so that I can delete them permanantly please?

How do I Clear Google search history?

If you have a google account (or even a gmail one) you may have web history enabled. Log on here https://www.google.com/history/ and see if you have it enabled. If so, you can clear it and disable it there.
